Pants On The Ground

Pull up your pants! 

Popularized by hip-hop artists in the 1990s. Sagging pants later became a symbol of freedom and cultural awareness among certain youths or a symbol of their rejection of the values of mainstream society. I for one think it's unattractive and not a good representation a gentleman. Maybe it may be fashion forward to you but I think it's a major step backward. I think it's a major faux pas. Can wearing your pants on your waist be stylish? I think it is, especially now you might be facing fines for it.
