Fashion Rocks In Brooklyn

Music met fashion September 9 at the barclays center. I had the opportunity to work the fashion rocks live concert which by the way was something that was on my list of things to do during New York Fashion Week. I'm a Brooklyn girl so anything that's happening in my borough, especially something that deals with fashion I'm there. I took my personal photographer along with me to capture the images that you see. I mean I can do it with my iPhone but I want to give my followers the best images possible. The best part of the night was running into Vicky Jeudy & Adrienne Moore Stars Of Netflix hit series Orange Is The New Black. I hugged vicky & air kissed with adrienne. For those of you who just started reading my blog I assist Freelance Fashion Stylist Weyni Elder from time to time. These are her clients so don't get crazy on me. Both clients are very humble and sweet. Back to the carpet the fans go while when 2chainz arrives. Their screaming out Truuuu and I can't help but to shout it out as well. There goes super model Niaomi Campbell serving face & strutting her stuff down the carpet as if was a runway. She is to die for. The crowd goes wild once again when Nicki Minaj steps on the carpet. Her publicist is rushing her along interviews to get her client inside in time to get ready for her performance. I felt like a groupie almost wanting to take a selfie with her but I held my compare and remembered this is work. I know that their will be many more opportunities to have a one on one with her. When that time comes I will be ready. I didn't get the chance to catch the first half of the show. I missed ushers entrance with him coming in on the motorcycle but I did get see Nicki, Rota Ora, Jennifer Hudson & Kiss perform. Hopefully next year they bring it back to the barclays and I will be on the carpet with one of my future clients.
