Fashion Week Brooklyn

Sunday was a beautiful day in brooklyn. It started off with me attending church with my family then I headed over to brooklyn terminal in I industry city(sunset park) to attend the last day of fashion week brooklyn. I'm very sad to say I wish I could have attended from the beginning to end. Due to a busy work schedule but there was no way I was missing the final night. At the venue fashionista, stylist, business owners,politicians, Supreme Court judges and etc. It felt good to walk into the building and the check in girls already knew who I was and not to forget the VIP seating thanks to my girl Carmella. Who works for Marc Jacobs by the way. It's good to have some friends in some high place. I was seated next to a old friend who I haven't seen since I left high school. Now that was bitter sweet for me. We chopped it up and enjoyed a few laughs before the show. The pieces from the designers were amazing. I see and feel greatness to come from brooklyn fashion week for the city of Brooklyn as well for the upcoming designers. I was inspire to really focus on launching my collection after seeing the dedication these designers put into their work. The designers for B Gold urban wear took my breathe away by having guys that you would probably see hanging out on the corner of your block. If your not from brooklyn it's just a part of the hood lifestyle. To top it off the designer had prodigy member of the rap group mobb deep as one of their models.

Let's talk wedding when it comes to the next designer Isabella. Watch out Vera wang. The detail on the dresses were so divine and breathe taking. I wanted someone to wish me right off my feet and for us to get married right there on the runway. So to my future husband this is the designer I want to make my wedding gown. The most amazing part of the show is the fact the designer was sitting next to me the entire time. Takes deep breathe and screams inside head. I had the chance to speak to her and she complemented me on my style as well as telling her entourage how beautiful I was. Thank you Isabella. Her daughter also was there assiting her. What a great mother and daughter duo from Spain. That's right don't sleep on brooklyn we bring the best of the best out. This ones for the bold and the beautiful lets just say the honeymoon will be a night to remember.

Katherine Hynes my favorite of all the designers that were shown had my favorite type of fabric leather. You can do no wrong in my eyes when it comes to leather. What amazed me was the Volumous sleeves that were on some of the pieces. which would be the ideal for Mercedes Benz Fashion Week this coming February. This collection is for the girl who dares to be different. With the dramatic head pieces down to the pops of colors. Sweet baby Jesus I have died and gone to fashion heaven. I am reaching out to this specific designer to make a custom piece for me so stay tune but until then check out some of the looks I loved.
